One of our favourite things at Kilo Alfa is meeting people and hearing about their businesses and aspirations. Technology has meant that we have all gotten used to video calls and collaborating online but we have recently restarted our international travel and despite a little extra paperwork the rewards far outweigh the admin. F2F IRL or Face to Face In Real Life is no longer something we take for granted and Kilo Alfa’s last few overseas missions have helped us reconnect on so many levels and deepen new relationships made during the past 18 months or so. We embrace remote working, but we believe getting together with friends, colleagues and associates really is the best way to get to know who you’re working with and speeding up progress on projects.
